Berlin Fire Co. 100th Anniversary Parade

In celebration of 100 years of service to the citizens of Berlin and surrounding areas, the Berlin Fire Company is hosting a 100th Anniversary Parade on Saturday, September 11, 2010. The parade will begin at noon and follow a route up Main Street and conclude at the Berlin Fire station at 214 N. Main Street. Following the parade, they will have an open house. An Old Fashioned Victorian Picnic

The Berlin Main Street Program is proud to host an Old Fashioned Victorian Picnic on the lawn of Merry Sherwood Plantation on Sunday, Sept. 12 from noon until 4:00 pm. Tickets are $20 and may be purchased at Stuarts' Antiques, M.R. Ducks and The Treasure Chest. All proceeds benefit Berlin's Christmas Decorations.

The Taylor House Museum will be hosting their last summer concert series on the lawn with The King's Ambassadors. The concert begins at 6:00 pm. Sponsored by the Berlin Heritage Foundation. For more information call Susan Taylor at (410) 641-1019.
