Don't have a great design/concept for your ad? LET OUR PROFESSIONAL GRAPHIC DESIGNER do it for you--FREE with purchase of a minimum of 3 months ad placement. (tip: the ads don't have to appear sequentially).

 

Here's how it works (aka "What we need from you"):

1.CALL US TO DISCUSS YOUR NEEDS: Dana Simson at 410-546-1534. We can see what ad package works best for you and your budget. Take a look at the themes of upcoming issues (refer to the last page of the calendar) to see if particular issues match your business. 

 

2. RESERVE YOUR SPACE by the 5th of each month for the next month's issue. We will get you a contract that you need to fill out which specifies the kind of ad, the graphic specifications, placement schedule, payment preferences, and contact person. You sign and return to us when you submit your ad.

 

NOTE TO EXISTING ADVERTISERS:Please let us know about any changes you want to make to your ad by the 5th of the month at the latest! Otherwise, there will be a charge.

 

3. GET YOUR ELECTRONIC AD FILE to us by the 10th of EACH MONTH. This is important. We have to make all the ads, calendar items, and articles fit together all nice and neat and proof it and get it formatted for press so we can get to the printer by the 15th. This takes time. Good citizens like you help us meet our deadlines! We aim to have the calendar out by the last week of each month, so folks can do their own advance activity planning!

 

Your ad will appear in THE peninsula's favorite pocket calendar guide to what's happening in our community and how we all can be a part of making it greater. PLUS: In case you haven't noticed, the guide, in all its full-color glory, is ON LINE, with ACTIVE LINKS TO YOUR WEBSITE if you include that in your ad.

You get several copies for your place of business, and thousands more appear at businesses and institutions all over the shore.

 

Billing Terms (the fun stuff, we know):

You may give us a credit card number to keep on file. We will swipe it when the Calendar Guide gets distributed and we’ll send you a hard copy receipt. We can bill you net 30 from first of Calendar month, with a credit card on file, which will be charged if your account goes past 45 days.
